How do I set up my Reviews Card?
We take care of the technical setup for you. Your Reviews Card is programmed and tested before dispatch. When it arrives, simply tap or scan it to activate your account and start collecting reviews.

Do I need to supply a QR code?
No. We generate the QR code for you and add it to your Reviews Card, so there’s nothing extra you need to create or send us.

Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. Your Reviews Card does not require a subscription to keep working. You pay once for the product and can use it with unlimited taps and scans. Optional Reviews Card Pro upgrades are available if you want additional software features.

Can I change my review link later?
Yes. You can update your review link anytime through your free dashboard without replacing your Reviews Card.

Does Reviews Card work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Customers can tap using compatible iPhone and Android devices, or scan the QR code instead.

Do customers need an app?
No. Customers simply tap or scan and are taken directly to your review page in their phone browser.

Is there a limit on how many times it can be used?
No. There are no limits on taps or scans, so you can continue using your Reviews Card as often as you need.

Do you offer custom-branded Reviews Cards?
Yes. Custom branding is available across selected Reviews Card products, including cards, tags, plates and stands. You can upload your logo when ordering, with custom options available from just one product.
